name is Lene
Weum
and
I'm the owner of
kennel
Lotcheck.
My kennel name was registered in 2001 and the first litter
was born February 28th 2002.
I don't have many litters, my dogs are my family and
my motivation to engage in breeding is that I want to take
care of the breed and bring it forward in the best possible way. Health and healthy dogs is essential and of course I want to bring that fantastic temperament and look that is so special for Norwiches.
My first meeting with Norwich terrier was in 1986 and her name was Punchy - a beautiful red little thing that charmed me and
the only thing I was sure of was that one day in the future I wanted a Norwich!
It took 13 years before the dream came true and then came
another little red thing in my life named Pernille. But the
biggest problem with Norwich is that you would like to have more
and today I have a beautiful bouquet of Norwich, they all means
tvery much to me and I could not imagine a life without
some of them.

Today, Hedvig, a happy, happy girl who is always ready to play is the only flat in the family.
Because of my dogs I have met many very nice people, more people have become my best friends and I
appreciate the environment around the dog sport very much.
Along with Jonna Vassbotn, kennel Simon Says, I made the concept of "It's showtime" which is about
teach people how they can best show off their dog in the show ring at the same time it should be
fun for both dog and owner. We have kept the course in several places in Norway with great success, let us know if you are
interested in a course.
In autumn 2011 I started up with a common training for all who wish to participate in my community, we train obedience,
agility, showing and hunting, depending on what we want to do, everything is with the dog in focus and intention is that these
evenings shall give us as motivation to train with our dogs. The feedback indicates that there has been
successful, we become more and more every week that passes and it's incredibly fun to see how much we can learn from each other!
I work in our local energy company as a customer consultant and secretary and I like it very much.
